This Policy applies to all purchases made through DIY Camper Build (“we,” “our,” “us”), including future digital products, memberships, and physical merchandise.
By placing an order, you agree to this Policy in full.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS, DOWNLOADS, MEMBERSHIPS)
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise required by law.
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- The product was not accessed or downloaded
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
Once access is granted, the sale becomes final without exception.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (FUTURE DROPSHIPPING & MERCH)
All physical product sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Color, size, or preference issues
- Delayed delivery
- Customs or import refusals
2.1 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Within 5 days of delivery
- With:
- Order number
- Clear photos of damage and packaging
If approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
3.1 Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Supplier fulfillment delays
- Customs inspections
- Weather
- Global logistics disruptions
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
3.2 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- You are 100% responsible for import duties, VAT, GST, and customs fees
- Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund
3.3 Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information.
3.4 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for theft after delivery.
4. BILLING & PAYMENTS
We accept payments via secure third-party processors such as:
- Credit & debit cards
- PayPal
- Other processors added over time
We do not store full payment card numbers.
4.1 Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Hold orders for review
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Refuse service for abuse or fraud
5. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:
- Account restriction
- Digital access termination
- Blacklisting from future purchases
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting logs and records.
6. AFFILIATE PRODUCTS
Some products recommended on DIY Camper Build may be affiliate products sold by third parties.
When you purchase through an affiliate link:
- You are buying from the third-party seller
- Their own shipping, billing, and refund policies apply
- DIY Camper Build is not responsible for fulfillment, delivery, or warranty disputes
